   3. Once an ad has been paid for, we do not prorate or give refunds upon termination of an ad due to (1) failure to comply with these Terms of Use or (2) your voluntary termination under 7.A. above.
   4. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, in our sole discretion.

8. Venue, Choice of Law and Severability. Venue for any action brought under the terms of this agreement shall be in the State of South Dakota, Pennington County.
